Here’s How The Challenge Works

Once you sign up, you’ll be invited to our private Facebook Group. 

Starting April 25th each day of the challenge, we’ll be going live at 10:30am PT / 11:30am MT /12:30pm CT / 1:30pm ET on zoom, you’ll get a workout video + coaching, with a different topic and ab exercise targeted each day.

You’ll also get an email each day with a recording of the workout and a reminder about the next day’s focus! 

We’re Gonna Activate BEAST Mode!

B- Blast the Bulge: Day 1 (April 25) starts off strong with exercises to target your love handles and a deep dive into what it means for you to have strong abs

E- Elevate the Planks: Day 2 (April 26) and we’re using all different kinds of planks to get those lower abs burning and discussing how beasts fuel their body when focusing on abs

A- Activate the Core: Day 3 (April 27) and it’s all about lighting up the core to see major progress and identifying where you have support – and where you need support – on your fitness journey

S- Strengthen the Core: Day 4 (April 28)– you’re crushing it! – with our core feeling stronger and a look to the past to remember our prior achievements to motivate us to keep moving forward

T- Target the Belly: Day 5 (April 29), our final day of the challenge, is on fire with a workout designed to blast the belly bulge and coaching designed to help you find the beasts you want to run with

Hi, I’m Vanessa – Beastmode personal trainer and Strong Fit Abs coach!

I help busy mamas and ambitious women develop their physical and mental strength, so they can be fully present in life and ready to take on the day. I’ve got two little ones at home, so I know how hard it can be to prioritize your health and fitness.
