Where do you fall on the fitness journey scale? Off and on? Consistent? or Excessive?

Assess where you are on the fitness scale:

Off and on- you sometimes workout out, you sometimes eat balanced meals, you sometimes have a plan.

Consistency- you workout a 3-5 days a week, you eat balanced meals 80-90% of the time, you have a plan for the week.

Excessive- you go on diets, you workout intensely 2x's a day or 6-7 days a week, your plan is a white knuckle plan.

Which of the 3 will give you the best results? Consistency.

Being consistent means doing something regularly. It's a part of your lifestyle. It's doesn't mean every week is going to be 100% perfect. Some weeks will be tough, some weeks will be amazing. So instead of focusing on your 1 "bad" day and letting that derail you, assess the entire week. Did you actively move or workout 3-5 days? Were about 80% of your meals balanced? If yes, then you are being consistent and the results will happen, you are able to sustain this, and make it your lifestyle.

Off and on- You will continue to be frustrated and discouraged.

Excessiveness- You will hit a plateau, over train and get injured.
